First Knife!

Here it is! The first blade to ever receive it’s soul (in sunflower oil) in The Bathgate Forge! I must say, having used, maintained, and sharpened knives in many different steels for years, I’m actually pretty chuffed with how it came out! It’ll definitely get most jobs around camp done!

My handle material hasn’t arrived yet, so I’ve popped a paracord wrap on, but it feels lovely, and, I think has a great “first knife” vibe about it, so I think we’ll call this finished!
